My daughter loves her Heeley's. I do have to agree that the sizing problem is a bit difficult when you're trying to buy them as gifts. I had to buy a size 4 and she usually only wears a 1 1/2. Other than the sizing issue I think they're great!!Customer Review: Sizes run small

I was so excited to surprise my daughter with these on her birthday. She was turning 7 and she normally wears a 12.5 or 13. When she opened the size 13's I'd ordered, we put the wheels in, got them all ready, and they wouldn't even fit on her feet. They were way too small. I reordered them in size 2 (with fingers crossed) and we'll save the 13's for her brother, but this was an expensive and disappointing birthday bust. Beware, especially if you are ordering these as a gift.Customer Review: sizing should have been disclosed

my daughter was excited to get these shoes for chrismas, but the sizes run small. she wears size 1.5, so i bought size 2. the label in the shoe says, girls size2, boys size 1. i have never seen sizes for just boys and just girls, just kid sizes. anyway i am hoping amazon will let me exchange for a bigger size.
otherwise the shoe looks really cute.

The Heelys were a great hit until the kids put them on and didn't fit. Why can't an item include the statement, shoe sizes run small? It would alleviate a lot of problems and make for happy customers. I was extremely disappointed to know after paying for a return of the incorrect size Heelys I could not exchange the shoe for another size and would be paying more to reorder the Heelys. A policy should be initiated by Amazon to disclose in an item description when sizing does not run according to regular standards.
