My daughter loves Hello Kitty stuff. I didn't like the ones in Sanrio store, I think the design is cumbersome (the rolling handle has two clips you have to losen and tighten to move the handle bar up and down, why???). Also Sanrio store prices were expensive (probably paying for that extra control clip design) I love this one because of the design, the size, and was pleasantly surprised that it came with a water bottle. The rolling backpack arrived the next day after my order, impressive.Customer Review: Very Dissapointed

I purchased this item a few months ago. The backpack is already falling apart. Not the fabric, but the support feet on the bottom. This backpack also will not stand up. It falls over unless it is leaning against something. The wheels do not roll smoothly. When my daughter pulls it, the backpack will flip around instead of rolling smoothly. I would not purchase this item or recommend it to anyone. It is a waste of money.
I am now having to purchase yet another rolling backpack.
