Customer Review: Flimsy, poorly packaged

This luggage set, though lightweight, seemed flimsy & unlikely to hold up to rough airport handling. Plus it arrived scratched and with a front panel coming loose (poorly packaged by the company, and stitching had unraveled from the panel). So I sent it back and opted instead for a similarly priced Samsonite set, which I'm quite happy with in terms of durability, appearance and space.
