Worn around the neck or forehead, the Cool Bandana continually pulls the heat out of your bloodstream as it rushes past the veins in your neck. Cool Bandanas are 35" long by 2" wide, with a 17" pocket in the middle that contains a polymer that absorbs water. I've tried a few similar bandanas from different companies. These are okay, but the red one does bleed when you soak it in water--so wear it with a red shirt! The blue one had a different pattern than the one pictured. I gave it away with the warning that the colors might bleed. I would try a different company for these.Customer Review: Disappointed

This bandana has only about a third as much gel as it needs, and the gel clumps up in one small space. Didn't work for me. Maybe they changed the product since the other reviews.
