Let me tell you brother, it fit on my head just fine. The only time I would put it around someone's neck is if I was choking a Macho Man Randy Savage fan. I might be smaller than your child but I am about 5'4" and have facial hair like the Hulkster himself. I bounced some dude off the ropes at the bank the other day and dropped him with a well-timed clothesline. In the first place, this thing is way too small. What can you do with it? I'll tell ya...NOTHING. It was too small to even fit around my little boys neck.
What a huge disappointment. It is also cheaply made and I've found similar items at the dollar store.
