Customer Review: Poor quality control/assurance

Judging by the physical sizes of the pants, there is no quality control/assurance. I recently ordered six "pairs" (all of them white, size medium), and none of them are the same physical size:
Medium pair 1: Waist = 27.5", Rise = 14", Inseam = 27"
Medium pair 2: Waist = 27.5", Rise = 14", Inseam = 26"
Medium pair 3: Waist = 30", Rise = 15", Inseam = 28-29" (one leg 28", one leg 29")
Medium pair 4: Waist = 27", Rise = 14", Inseam = 27"
Medium pair 5: Waist = 28", Rise = 14", Inseam = 28-29" (one leg 28", one leg 29")
Medium pair 6: Waist = 28", Rise = 15", Inseam = 28-29" (one leg 28", one leg 29")
Last year, I ordered four "pairs" (white, size small), and those physical sizes are:
Small pair 1: Waist = 25.5", Rise = 12", Inseam = 22.75"
Small pair 2: Waist = 25", Rise = 12", Inseam = 23-23.5" (one leg 23", one leg 23.5")
Small pair 3: Waist = 25", Rise = 12", Inseam = 23-23.5" (one leg 23", one leg 23.5")
Small pair 4: Waist = 25", Rise = 12", Inseam = 23.5-24.5" (one leg 23.5", one leg 24.5")
Regarding the physical comfort, I find these to be very comfortable. In my opinion, the fleece lining makes a big difference (I find regular, non-fleece-lined thermals uncomfortable). Regarding warmth, these do make a big difference to me (however, they are thin, so don't set your expectations too high).
Lastly, you should note that the medium size is not suitable for people who are shorter than average. I'm 5'7", and these mediums are way too long for me. The waist sits about 3" above my navel, and the bottom hems are either bunched up at my ankles or I'm literally walking on them because they're too long.
Customer Review: Less warm than regular cotton

Neither the tops nor the bottoms are even as warm as my regular cotton ones. The quality itself is good but the material is thin and the "extreme cold" rating is nonsense. It took me three emails over two weeks to finally get a reply from Indera Mills (some customer service!) and they themselves admitted that the thicker regular cotton is warmer. The company I bought from, Essential Apparel, though, was very efficient and prompt.
