A decade or so ago, I bought a shirt constructed like these, It's been My warmest shirt for all that time. So I bought 2 of these, gave one to My brother, they are exactly as I was hoping. Obviously wool is always good for warmth, even when there is moisture involved. But adding the polyester in a separate layer and effectively laminating them together is just a magical combination I guess. Hopefully when it actually gets into the Minnesota winter it'll hold up like My old one...
