I ordered a pair of these slippers for a relative for Christmas. Unfortunately, I can't testify about their quality--we never received them. With You In Mind, the seller, never sent them because our address wasn't in their database. I was contacted by email notifying me of this, and while I gave a timely response assuring them that the address was indeed correct, they cancelled the order regardless. As I'm currently out of the US and a dozen time zones away, I couldn't just pick up a cell phone and drop them a chat. Apparently my email verification wasn't good enough.
I received a lengthy reply this morning from Lisa Gehrke with With You In Mind, saying that I was "unaware," "arrogant," and "nasty." My response had not been even suggestively rude or angry. She didn't care to resolve the issue, or offer to send the slippers anyway, but was instead defensive and malicious. She clearly didn't know how to win over customers or, at bare minimum, cope with a minute database issue. She apparently isn't mature enough to drop name calling and just fill an order.
I will never (attempt to) buy from them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone other than people who have nothing else to do than go in circles with incompetent sales reps and have no intentions of actually receiving their order.
