They seem to run a tad small. I typically wear a 7-7.5 shoe size and I ordered the 7.5/8 and my foot seems to want to hang off the end a tad. Otherwise, these are very soft and are nice to wear. Would recommend them as a thong sandal.

Edit-one week after purchase the sole on the left shoe is separating from the inner lining. Would not recommend these due to poor quality.
