I have purchased these jeans from Macys with no problem in the fit. The ones I purchased here seem to be the Elle brand of Jeanstar and not the Brooke. They fit a little fuller and the leg openings are a little bigger. I love Jeanstar and have kept these jeans however, I was a little disappointed in the fit.
