This skirt is a reversible patchwork silk panel skirt. It is approximately 48 inches wide, one size fits most. It is approximately 28 inches to 30 inches long. Made from vintage silk sari fabric, every piece is one of a kind. The colors come assorted from thousands of available prints. The photo is an example only, each piece is different. It is true that it will not look like the picture, but I just love the skirt. Lots of colors to match to when looking for tops. I wore it to a Renaissance Festival in Florida. It was cool and comfortable all day and held up well. Very happy with my purchase! If you are not sure whether to buy this, go ahead. I have several silk skirts by this company and the quality is unparalleled. They are beautiful one of a kind works of art and so beautiful they get noticed and commented on every time I wear one. I really do like this skirt. My only issue was the color. As it states in the description it is not the same as in the picture, but I did hope that the colors would at least match like they do in the pictures. Mine did not (i.e. pinks, blues, reds browns, blacks, olive green). And the reverse side was pink, so it was overwhelmingly pink, which is not my color at all!! So I had to send it back. So just be aware that it WILL NOT look like the picture!! And it will probably not be exactly the type of colors you like. I am however going to try again and see if I can get a better match for me because I do love the fit and style of the skirt and it was beautifully made!
