We bought this bag in black, from ebags through Amazon. We got it in August, and used it for travelling for ten days in August, 10 days in October, and 10 days in November.
I just came back from my last trip in November from Europe and there's a huge rip at the bottom seam where the front wheels are. Thoroughly disappointed with the quality even though I really liked how spacious this bag is (it looks very cute and small). There is no warranty on it, so be careful and don't be too rough with it!

Oh and although it is 20" (european size) it does not fit in the Ryan Air and EasyJet luggage requirements and they will make you check this bag.
