I like my coat. Not crazy about the color and the size runs a bit small but its warm. And the fur part is quite soft though the zipper give me a real pain.Customer Review: Long hooded down park coat

I am not thrilled with the coat. It is very long, which some people will like; but it's too long for me (I am 5'3", maybe too short for this coat). It swishes when I walk and gets a little twisted in my legs. The coat is very warm, which is a good thing for some. For me, it's actually too warm. I live in NYC, and while it can get cold outside, when I go into a store, I just roast. The coat is great for Alaksa, Minnesota, and all points north and freezing (Canada, too). It will be fine for NYC on the coldest night, but not for general use. The biggest problems, though, are the zippers. The hood zipper keeps unraveling; maybe there's a defect there. It does this even though I am not trying to unzip the hood. The zipper for the coat is very hard to get going. I have to sit down and spend several minutes in frustration before I can zip it all the way up. And then today, while I was out, the zipper caught, and I couldn't get it down. It definitely is a problem. If I could, I would return the coat and try for another, but I did not save my receipt.
