Thrilled to received my wax cotton pants.they certainly have a strangely complicated misleading name,that does not really describe their origins & purpose.I bought them as cold/wet weather motorcycle pants.as such,they are amazingly nice to be so inexpensive.they are as good-if not better than,BELSTAFF or BARBOURS-the originators of the international trials type motorcycling garment.I WOULD ADVISE BUYING A SIZE LARGER-as they do run small.MINE REQUIRED SHORTENING THE LEGS-no big deal..these pants sport bellows cargo pockets on each thigh-a nice improvement over the originals,in addition to the upper side pockets..where the gusseted lower legs of the originals were cinched with buckles-these use D-ring adjustments,& velcro to secure.this works just as well as buckles & won't snag on anything..having owned the old originals,I wouldn't hesitate to recomend these for any comparative reasons.the BARBOURS & BELSTAFFS are not worth the cost difference in my oppinion.I think they would sell more of these if they called them what they are KAKADU WAXED COTTON INTERNATIONAL MOTORCYCLE TRIALS BRITCHES.a must have item!!
