Although I live in Minnesota and our winters are extreemly cold, I dislike wearing bulky down jackets, but I also like to be warm when I'm inside too, so I prefer to layer my clothing. Down jackets fit too snuggly in both the body and sleeves to permit sweatshirts and sweaters, so I needed a jacket that would do this. I chose this jacket on the hope that it would meet my needs. Imagine my surprise when it totally did! When I ordered it, the color I preferred was not available in my size, but I love the eggplant color. The four pockets have been a true blessing and I like the look when I take the time to fasten the snaps as well as the zipper. The lined hood is so cozy and warm. I will never buy a jacket without a hood like this.

The Woodland Parka is constructed out of Force 10 6 ounce cotton and is fully lined with KAVU nubby, warm Rock'n Fleece. The style is semi-fitted and hip length. It has a full zip front with hood and snap detail center front. The ribbed cuffs and lower front side pockets set it apart. Notice the secret left arm pocket for hideables.Coats
