I own several styles of Kangol's and wish there were more reviews on them on Amazon. It's tough to know how a Kangol is going to to fit ahead of time since you usually can't go to the mall and try on all their different styles. I own the Flex Fit Baseball Cap, size Large. I'm normally a 7 3/8 in New Era 5950 baseball caps if that helps.
As far as baseball caps go though, this is an extremely comfortable one. It's very solidly built. It's very roomy in terms of head-space. If you had a really tall or big fat head, this would be a great hat for you. The brim is maybe a little longer than a normal baseball cap, and maybe a little wider; that makes for great sun-protection, but it also may feel a little big/odd at first.
Also, don't be scared off by the description that this is a "wool" baseball cap. I have had wool baseball caps where they were too thick/heavy to wear in warmer weather. That's definitely not the case with this Kangol though. The material is pretty lightweight - it's actually only 15% wool. It feels more like a regular cotton baseball cap.
The only complaints you may have is that the hat is a little stiff, especially around the front panels. It sits up nice and straight, with little to no movement/ flexing. So if you were looking for more of a floppier hat/ something you could break-in and wear down, this isn't it.
In general, I really like all of the FlexFit hats that Kangol makes. For some reason, they all seem to fit my head really comfortably. I would highly recommend this more-understated baseball cap as an alternative to all of the other MLB/ NFL/ NBA baseball caps.
