This is a nice and useful bag. The bag is made of thin material along with the handles, so it won't be able to handle a lot of heavy items for too long, but it can fit a lot even though it is very small. I recently brought it on a trip to the west coast. I only brought one bag with me and wanted to keep it that way, but brough this in case. Of course I bought too many gifts and didn't want to risk sending anything home, so I unpacked this little bag. Here is what I was able to fit in it. (I stored my gifts in my main large backpack.) I fit 2 shirts (rolled, thin t-shirts), 1 kapree (rolled) the book "Paradise Lost" which is a little bit larger and thicker than a normal paper backed book, a rolled up (in case) microfiber towel(large), a writing journal, a bible (small), a few pens, ipod, jewelry roll, small toiletry kit, a hat (military style), a pair of boxers, tank top, ATV riding gloves, sunglass case (2) one holding a mini camcorder, a rolled up scarf (thin)and a large brush. Also in the front pocket I put chapstick since that is a very small pocket.

The bag was packed to the brim and was pretty heavy but I went and was able to store it under the seat in front of me and was able to bring home everything, which was great. It did take me a while to be able to figure out how to arrange it so it all fits, but I did fit all of that in this very small bag. The straps after some time did start to dig into my hands, but that was because there was too much in the bag, and the straps are really thin. If I did that too much with the bag it would probably break, but I am planning on getting one or two more, just incase that happens!
