Customer Review: comfy but cheaply made

Had one of these for a while... found it worked very well on some super-long airline flights where I didn't have a way to rest my head. I can't sleep without a way to rest my head or without some really bad neck pain the next day. This pillow was light and comfy and it worked. Getting it deflated and folded was a bit of a pain though. And it was very cheaply made... two sheets of badly pressed heated rubber/plastic. The case was the same and too small... it also ripped apart at the seam and gave out on the first try repacking. The pillow lasted for about 5 flights of use before it got all sorts of leaks at the seams and then was worthless. I tried to glue/patch and reinforce the seams with various glues and rubber repair kits but couldn't even get anything to even stick to it. I was very disappointed in the quality here and felt a bit robbed. I liked the design and it worked well... wish they would come out with something that wasn't a waste of money quality-wise though.
