Customer Review: Small clothes line - perfect for in the apt or travel

I'll admit - I thought this was just a piece of rope (which, probably would work well too) - however this is stretchy to help reach those odd places you want to attach the rope to, and it has velcro ends which really help to make the attachments.
It rolls up nice and small - perfect for travelling and the rope is braided so you can stick the clothing in there. Also the rope is tacky to make sure your clothes don't slip (this is great). I found the tackiness helpful as in my bathroom the best hanging spots put it on a 15-20degree angle and nothing moved an inch!
I don't air dry a lot but this is perfect when I need to, and when I'm travelling around and need to wash my clothes in a sink somewhere :-)

I travel light, which means laundry. To forgo the pleasure of clothespins, I take this line. It has worked well on 4 major trips now. With a very small load of laundry (my usual every-other-night wash) it is fine. For larger loads I add an "extender." In the past it was a bit of cord, but I now use a 60 inch web belt (which has several other uses when I travel.) The belt allows me to attach the clothesline in (so far) any hotel and extends the line for large loads.Customer Review: Good quality, lasted for 6 months

This is a useful item for my frequent travels. It lasted about 6 months but only after extensive use. It finally broke after I tried to hang too many heavy clothes on it. Still, it's a good product and I will buy another one.Customer Review: Surprise

I left this in the snow (not even stretched) for a few days and the rubber completely deteriorated and was no longer usable. For warm weather only. I expect better durability from a clothesline..
