Okay, first I have to say my daughter is a sock houdini, so I'm a huge fan of footed pants. Not so much a fan of the footed pants with crap elastic at the waist, so instead of chasing down her socks, I end up chasing down a pair of pants and trying to wrestle them back onto a half-naked child. These are not those pants. They are made of nice quality cotton (thick enough to keep her comfortable inside the house during the winter) and the elastic is strong enough to keep them on her while she's rolling around the house, without cutting off her circulation. We received a couple pairs of these in the 0-3 month size as a gift, and purhased the 6-9 month size afterwards, we love them so much! Another plus: even though my daughter has really long legs, she was able to wear the 0-3 size until she was about 5 months (although we were kinda pushing it - they were still fitting well at around 4.5 months).
