when I received this item, I noticed the "leather" was a bit stiff. As I used it and it moved around, the leather became softer and looked more and more natural. I have had it for a few weeks now and think it is great. The size is perfect. All my things fit and I can still find them very easily. Since I live in Canada, I have not seen anyone else with the same bag. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and I think the price for it is just right. It also arrived in a very timely fashion, which was a bonus. It arrived a week earlier than scheduled. I am, however, not pleased with the delivery. The UPS guy just leaves all my packages at the door. Thankfully no one has stolen any of them yet.
