Mainly a thumbs up for the company's service: I ordered Medium gloves for a gift; they were too small. The company e-mailed me a mailing label and sent a new order (Large) directly to my son, the gift recipient at no cost to me. We will do business with them again. This was a Christmas gift for my really picky brother in law. He has so many conditions when receiving a gift. I bought the gloves first in a Medium - since that is the size he told my sister he wanted. Gloves came - fast and in perfect condition. At Christmas he tries them on and says he should have said Large. Another family member commented that he would like a pair of them next year. So he tried them one and they fit, so I gave him the gloves and told Donald I would order him the Large. I ordered them and received them in a few days and bought him an additional book to appease him for getting his gift after Christmas (No fault of my own). He loves the gloves so much that he told me he didn't even need the book (but he loved the book too). I was so pleased to finally get a gift that he didn't look over with a fine tooth comb just to find something to complain about. He now gave me his next years suggestion and I will be looking for it on Amazon.com shortly. I recommend this product - he is a picky picky gift receiver and he absolutely loves the gloves. Jimmy also loves his gloves and was glad they didn't fit Donald so he could get them.
