Received product in 2 days. Product is wonderful. Good product for the cost. Ordered 9 shawls. One has slight imprefection so I called and they sent out a new one right away. The exchange was easy. I will be very happy and comfortable wearing this product. A+ for the price.

I ordered 4 of the Indian Maroon shawls for my bridesmaids for my upcoming wedding. I was a little nervous because you never know if the color will be exactly but they totally were! I would definitely recommend this item, Review: Not very warm!Rating: 3 Stars I bought this for a cold office. Unfortunately, it is not very warm. The material seems pretty thin. I ended up having to buy a sweater.

I ordered these shawls for bridesmaids at my wedding, and when they arrived, they were much darker in actuality than the "baby pink" color shown online. They were much more of a darker, brighter pink and not at all the color shown in the photo for "baby pink." I now have to return them and am out the shipping costs both ways which completely counteracts the fantastic price of these shawls - basically a $30 loss.Customer Review: Arrived dirty and seller would not provide return shipping

The product arrived dirty and the seller would not provide return shipping. The seller would provide a replacement product but the product still had to be returned at my cost.
I bought from someone else but am still out the return S&H which is nearly half the cost of the product.
The seller was also difficult to get hold of and required several emails to clarify the situation. Very disappointed.
