I HATE shopping for jeans! I am not a large woman, but am curvy. I have always been small in the waist but, well, plump in the booty area. It is really depressing for me to shop for pants/jeans because I can never find jeans in my size that fit all areas (waist, hips and butt). My husband is one that can go anywhere and pick something out and looks great. We were at Kohls and he was shopping. I was wondering afraid to try anything on. Finally, I saw Levi's Curvy Jeans. What was this... so, curious, I tried them on in the size I normally would (one size too big, so they would fit my butt). They were too big! So I grabbed my normal size (6/8) and tried them on. It fit!! Perfectly! There was NO GAP at the waist, not even when I sat down, and the fit was amazing in my hips and butt area. I ran to show my husband. These have since been the only jeans I will buy and have become a favorite for myself and my husband.He likes they way they look. I recommend these to any woman that has the same problems I do, you will NOT be disappointed.Customer Review: My favorite jeans ever!

It's so hard to find good fitting jeans, especially if you are a curvy individual. I tend to have the problem where jeans will be too small in the butt and hips and/or too loose in the waist. I normally have to wear a belt to keep my jeans from slipping down when I bend or sit, and even with the belt I have slippage problems.
These jeans fit great and stay on even without a belt. Not only that, but they look great as well! They are very flattering to my figure. I have 3 pairs of these jeans now. My first pair has been relegated to "work pants" status after wearing them several times a week for a couple years. And no, they are not even getting holes! Just a stain that I can't get out in the wash. I bought two more pairs recently and wear them almost every day. These are quality jeans with a great fit! My only complaint is that I wish they were offered in "short." However, it it's too hard to roll or hem a great pair of pants to the right length.

Finally I found a jean that fits very nicely. I have full hips and thighs and sometimes bootcut jeans are narrow at the knee, which makes my thighs look bigger than they are. Not this bootcut jean. There's not too much narrowing at the knee and the bootcut balances out the hips, which creates a slimming effect. My curves are enhanced, not hidden or exaggerated. A great jean! There are two issues, however. One is that they seem to stretch a little after the first wash, so if you buy a pair that is a little snug, no worries. The second issue is length. I'm 5'5", average height, and I had to try a number of the jeans (in the same colors) to get a few pairs that weren't several inches too long or an inch too short. The length varies by as much as 4 inches. So be prepared to go through a few to get one in the right length. I still give these jeans the highest rating, though, because of the fit!Customer Review: Fabulous Jeans

Buying pants always made me CRY! Literally, I would be bawling in the fitting rooms trying to find pants that fit me. That is until I found these jeans. I have a small waist and a fluffy tush and hips (kids killed my size 4 figure years ago...haha). So I always had the giant pocket in the back that I could have carried my wallet (and maybe a book) in. Man, I love these jeans, because FINALLY the pocket is GONE! GONE! GONE! Hallelujah!
To those who keep complaining that they are too long, there is a simple fix for this: SEAMSTRESS. I am 5'4, so ALL pants run a little long on me. My simple fix for years has been to just have them hemmed. If you are handy enough, you can even do it yourself. I have lived alot of places, and I have never seen a seamstress charge more than $7 to do it.

...jeans for "real women" [who have curves; and I AM NOT PLUS SIZE, have small waist, etc., etc.]. yeah; tried the "house of D," "pzi," "apple B," and all the others claiming the same thing. NONE of them would comfortably get over the back seat. it was almost like putting on pantyhose, for cat's sake. then the squat-gap test -- fuhgedabowdit ==> not only that ridiculous gap, but even sliding down to reveal all your stuff to the world--and this was just in dressing rooms??? :o(
so i all but gave up denim for nearly twenty years. on a whim after hours of net surfing recently, saw these AND the reviews {nearly ALL five star...says it all, right???}. they just came, tried them on, and am back today (1-16) to purchase SEVERAL more. THX LEVI'S {who knew???} & amazon.
