I purchased this product for my recent trip. It works as advertised. I could carry many different medications for contingencies in a very small package. Definitely more handy than carrying bottles or a pill box. The reason I can't give it five stars is that it does seem a bit flimsy. I saw one reviewer complain about the zipper mechanism breaking. None of mine broke but I also used it very gingerly and I can see how it would break with rough use. But overall, I'm very happy with the product. It makes it very convenient to carry all your meds on a carry on bag.
