The alarm turning nob regularly falls off. The battery cover regularly falls off. Perish the thought that I should wake up before my alarm and leave the hotel room with it set. It continues to sound, indefinitely or, I guess until the battery wears out. To the other guests at the hotel, please accept my apology for the infernal noise I caused. The hour hand is not so significantly shorter than the minute hand to be able to easily tell the time when I am half-asleep. I have to pick it up, increase the illumination, and then, when I am fully awake, only now do I know what time it is, and of course I can't fall back asleep. What is there to like? I like the illumination. It is a nice color, plus, in a pinch, it is a handy flashlight when you push the brightening feature, and you can always find it in the dark.

I bought this just before heading out on my 6-week trip to India. It just plain did not work. I tried replacing the battery, but nothing would make it go. Then the battery cover intermittently fell off the clock. What junk. Do yourself a favor and buy something compact and digital. I had to make a special, last-minute trip to REI to buy another travel clock.Customer Review: Junk

Piece of junk. Second hand broke off within a couple of weeks. Now light sensor doesn't work, so that backlighting remains on all night and depletes clock battery very quickly.
