Customer Review: Too Big, Even For Me.. But I'm keeping them anyhow..!!

This is the 1st pair of bib overalls I've had since I was a boy of 7 years old, and that was 60 years ago. My current portly figure is not designed to hold up regular belted pants and I hate suspenders on pants. I had lunch with a friend who was wearing his bib overalls and thought I'd try a pair. GAWD am I glad I did. I ordered the stone washed version of these overalls in a size I thought would be a "little" large for me. Well, I could probably get both me and my friend into these at the same time, but I don't like him THAT well.. LOL In any case, I've been wearing these overly large overalls around and they are unbelievably comfortable and well built. I'm keeping this pair because they will fit well over other clothing if needed for emergency use like a breakdown on the highway.
I fully intend to purchase several more pair of these particular overalls, hopefully in a more suitable size, because they are exceptionally comfortable and well built. The shoulder adjustment straps allow for the biggest of folks to wear these overalls. The same with the side buttons. All fasteners and button holes are top quality and reinforced.
The side and back waist pockets are huge, deep and have lots of room for lots of stuff. A person could carry a small trauma or 1st aid kit in either the front or back pockets. There are two pockets together on the ruler pocket on the leg, one of which will hold a decent sized knife and the other will hold a 15-oz water bottle if you like. And, there is the ubiquitous hammer holder on the other leg that would probably hold a 4-pounder without any problem.
The pockets on the bib portion are a pocket-lover's dream. There is room for about anything you'd care to put in there. I can stuff in my asthma inhaler, my nitro spray bottle, pens, pencils, glasses, my wallet, and if I like there is still room for a full-sized 1911 45 semi-auto pistol down inside the zippered pocket. Life don't get no better than that..!!! ;~)
Frankly, the pockets alone on these overalls will probably preclude the necessity of taking a small day pack on trips to town or walks in the country.
Quite obviously, I LOVE THESE OVERALLS and intend to get some more.
The only down side to wearing these overalls is that my wife laughed so hard in seeing me in them the first time she almost spit out her coffee, and the dog darn near attacked me because she thought I was an intruder. The dog kept growling until I called her name and then she was still cautious of me. Even so, I don't think the overalls look THAT bad and I'm sure when I get a pair that fit correctly they'll look just fine. Regardless, I'm keeping them and everyone else will just have to get used to them, or NOT..
If I could, I'd give these overalls a 10 STAR RATING...
