Customer Review: very nice budget walking stocks

These socks are adequate for the $5 price. There is only padding in the heel and toe, so I'm not going to use these for serious hiking. Real hiking socks are padded along the entire sole and also along the top to protect your feet from tight boot laces. These are probably better for walking or jogging around town. The "green" color is more like an military olive.
