Customer Review: Quality linen, poor quality snaps

We bought these shirts for our twin girls and were happy with the thickness and durability of the linen portion of the tops. However we were pretty disappointed with the quality of the snaps (one on each shoulder and the three at the bottom). The snaps don't have that 'crisp' snap sound, which also carries over into their strength. Or lack of strength I should say. The shoulder snaps may stay closed, but often open on their own. Some of the snaps do OK, but others just open on their own on the bottom too.
Perhaps we got two bad samples, but the company should definitely consider improving the snaps -- make them more like Carters. For the price we paid for this shirt, they should work.
As for sizing, these run on the smaller size closer to Gerber sizing. We bought 3-6mo for our preemie girls and at 6 months, they are getting too tight to wear. Suggest getting a size that is plus 3 months.
