Customer Review: wrong item, pants seem flimsy

I ordered this and recieved a toilet seat instead of a potty. Also the training pants seem very flimsy, which make me very reluctant to even try them on my son.
I have already left messeges with the company and am awaiting their response to this situation.

I had to give this a "1" because of it's size. I was shocked when it arrived. It may be a nice design and simple to clean but my son's knees were at his chin when he sat down (not literally but close!) The seat itself is not quite FIVE INCHES from the ground!!
