Customer Review: Beret is not true to size

I love the feel and fabric of this beret. However, the ad stated that it had a large circumference and the photo shows the tami to be very large and slouchy. Now I realize that the mannequin used was very small. I have a small head but this beret does not fit like it shows in the photo. If I had paid $3 for the beret it wouldn't have mattered much but since I paid more I am a bit tiffed.
Still, it is very comfortable. The fabric doesn't itch or rub in any way. I do seem to have a problem getting it to stay in position; I have to use bobby pins to make it stay. It's not as slouchy as the photo depicts.
