Customer Review: Cool-looking but big

I am not the smallest girl I know by any stretch of the imagination, but this belt was too big for me. It says "26 inches unstretched," but with a 25-27 inch waist depending on how much I've eaten, I had to cut two inches off the elastic on BOTH sides and sew it back together for it not to fall down around my hips. (Since I tried it on after dinner, I'd estimate the actual unstretched/uncut length of the belt at 31 inches--a good five inches longer than the description claims.)
After you cut it, the elastic fabric unravels easily, so leave a large margin and/or be ready with some fabric glue to seal those ends.
When I wore it on Halloween, though, everyone said it looked cool. And I was satisfied with how it looked and felt, especially for the price.
