Based on reviews I ordered these in small. NOT a smart thing to do!
Comments were that these run large; one reviewer with a 29" waist ordered small and they fit perfectly. As a fairly tall, 'slimmish' 130 lb. female, I have a 27" waist, & about 38" hips. I often wear men's medium. So due to comments I ordered the small, but they are TINY!
Because of the price vs sipping costs back, I will not be returning them. I'll keep them for the fleece and make something out of them. One good thing is that they do appear to have plenty of length, something I always have trouble with.
The quality seems good and I only ordered small based on other reviews, but I'm still just giving these four stars. The reason is that these are way past small, they are extremely tiny. When I hold them up they look like pants for a really tall 10 year old boy. I will probably order the medium and hope for the best.

I ordered three pair of these to replace some much-loved and worn out Haynes sweatpants. These are just fine and about the same weight (about medium) as the Haynes which is what I wanted. They seem nicely made and the pockets are nice and big (not always the case on sweats). I'm 6'2" and the legs on the XXL size are way too long (by almost 4 inches!). Kept the pants and my wife shortened them for me because the price was good and the rest of the fit was fine and weight was what I wanted. I can recommend them but be aware of the leg length issue.Customer Review: A Little Too Big...

....but that could be my fault. At first I ordered a large pair of sweat pants. Waaaay too big. So I thought, medium would be the ticket. Still a little too long, but the waist and leg feel seemed right. I think sweat pants, because of their elasticity, need to be tried on before purchased. THEN, one can better order them on-line at a later date.
Overall a great product.
