The shoulder straps are not comfortable; it keeps falling off my shoulder. I understand that you can buy a pad for the straps, but I do not want to spend another $10. I use the side pocket to put my cellphone. Unfortunately it is hard to put the cellphone once you put bottle water in the pocket inside.
