Good looking, convenient little bag but the strap started to rip a few months after I started using it (3-4 times a week at the gym). After sending digital photos they said they'd mail a new one. That was close to two weeks ago. Shipping was swift when I first ordered the bag, less swift when they have to replace it.
All in all, good bag, bad customer service.
