I'm 20 weeks pregnant and have grown about 1 band and 1-1/2 cup sizes already. This is a big deal when you start out as a 40C! I was hesitant to buy this as I'm a 42D/42DD now and wasn't sure an XL would be big enough. Fortunately a friend convinced me to give it a shot. Since I first put this on (right out of the box) I have been so much more comfortable relaxing at home and sleeping. The support is just right - I feel secure but not constricted. Plus I have yet to fall out! I don't have experience with this for nursing, but for maternity it is wonderful! It even washed up beautifully (on gentle cycle) and line-dried within only a few hours.
