The bra is very comfortable for sleeping use. I can sleep with it on (I used to sleep without bra before the baby was born) and feed my baby without taking it off. Since it is a sleeping bra, it's not suitable for anyone who wants more support for daytime use.Customer Review: Not good for tall women

It looked like a comfy bra for nighttime support, but the straps aren't adjustable. If you're taller or shorter than average (especially taller, I'd guess), this may not work for you.Customer Review: Great Sleep Bra

I would definitely recommend this bra. I was getting so tired of all my nursing bras poking me or cutting into me in random places. I was also getting quite frustrated that the ladies would start to fall out when I nursed my son at night. This bra is perfect for night time and around the house. Like others have said it may not provide enough support for many when you are out and about but if you are taking it easy it's comfortable beyond belief and provides enough support.
I wear a 34C and I ordered the size large and it seems to fit quite well. I am not sure what the sizing chart actually recommends but I ordered based off the many reviews I read saying it runs small. Definitely recommended if you want something comfy for lounging around and sleeping.

The Medela Sleep Nursing Bra is the best maternity bra that I have yet. I have one in white and nude... it's supposed to be a sleep nursing bra but I use it all the time! No clips to fuss with. It works with my medium sized breasts and I use it when I'm at home nursing. Wish I didn't get the other three fancy (Medela) bras and this one first. After one wash, the elastic has already started fraying and it looks like crap. The elastic isn't supportive (my current size is 34B) enough. I sewed up the straps on the shoulder to give me a little more support, but the elastic at the chest is just inadequate. For those who like to feel really "loose" while sleeping, I suppose this is adequate. I prefer to feel supported and I absolutely HATE the chest elastic slipping up and over the bottom of my breast as I slouch against a pillow or lift my arm.
I will not buy this again. I far prefer Target's Gilligan O'Malley sleep nursing bra. Far more supportive. Stands up to 10 washes better than this Medela stood up to 1 wash. I had to sew up the straps on that one too, but it has been far more satisfactory. And the fabric also feels more durable than Medela.
Overall poor value for money. I think the Medela will rip in another few wears / washes and sure enough Medela will be eager for the next $20 that I don't intend to spend on their product.
