I thought these were going to be waterproof but they are not. I got these because they claimed to be to waterproof. They are water resistant, so it takes a while longer for the pee to seep through, but they are not water-proof. My daughter would wake up in the morning with her PJs and bed totally soaked. They are certainly less messy than underwear, -just don't think you are getting the cloth equivalent of a pull-up. These may work for some kids. Our child is a very heavy sleeper and doesn't wake if she wets herself and is resistant to getting up in the night. These didn't work for us, so we ended up going back to cloth diapers at night. We will probably try them again when she gets a little older and hope for better results.

Description of Night Time Potty Training Pants (Waterproof Fabric) (2-4 (20-40 lbs))

These training pants have a waterproof fabric on the outside and have an extra absorbent padding. These pants are waterproof and extra absorbent. The outer shell is a very soft waterproof fabric. It is not vinyl or plastic - it is fabric, so it feels very nice to touch. The inside is lined with a layer of very soft absorbent terry fabric. The middle layer is padded with fiber sponge for super absorbency. They have two sets of snaps, so they are adjustable to fit as needed.
