This bra is very comfortable - for me it runs a little on the small side but the overall fit is good. There isn't a great selection of nice bras for large busted women but this one is affordable, comfortable, and attractive. The fabric is nice and soft. When nursing, there is a small pouch (not sure how else to describe it) at the bottom of the bra but that is to be expected with an under wire bra since there is no flexibility at the bottom of the cup - it doesn't interfere with nursing. Overall, great value.
