For me this bra has helped prevent bounce without being constrictive. My fear was anything I wore would be painfully uncomfortable when exercising. Not so with this bra. I don't even think about it. Whereas before I noticed the painful bounce and had to constantly pull up my straps, this bra is lightweight and stays put and keeps me secure. All without looking like a uniboob. I will buy more and recommend to friends. If you find it is uncomfortable, I would suggest you make sure you get the proper size for you. You may find yourself getting a cup or inch size you didn't think was you, but it will make a difference if you get the correct fit for your body. I'm a wash and wear kinda gal, but too keep the soft feel of the fabric I wash according to instructions. It's worth it.
