The wide-banded back will not bite into your sides and is fastened with three plush-backed hook-and-eye rows. Bras with bands sized 40 to 44 have a fourth row on the band. The Fiona Bra is constructed with fabrics that manage moisture for high-intensity activities.

Find Your Fit:
- Band: Should be slightly more snug than a lingerie bra. Make sure you can comfortably take a deep breath with the bra fastened on the middle hook. Be sure the band doesn't ride up in the back. If it does, the band may be too loose and/or the straps need to be adjusted.
- Cups: Adjust your breasts for a proper fit. They should be completely held within the cups without overflowing. Fabric should be smooth. Wrinkles or puckers indicate the cup is too big. Underwire should sit on your ribcage below the breast tissue and follow your natural shape.
- Straps: Should offer minimal stretch to reduce up-and-down breast movement. Wider straps will disperse the weight and feel more comfortable. Straps should not dig in or slide off your shoulders. Adjustable straps offer a more custom fit.

I have been using this sports bra for months, and love it. The straps have velcro, but after many many washings, they haven't had any problems. It fits great and really has great support. It is the most comfortable sports bra I have ever had. I am well endowed, and have had problems with every other sports bra. I am a huge fan of this product!
It is pretty true to size, but if you aren't sure which size you'll land on, you might order one of each of your two best guesses. For me they both fit, I just prefer one over the other, and I ordered more in the size I preferred the most.

I'm somewhere around 38 DD-DDD and this bra is completely and utterly bounceless. Caveat: there's no separation and sizing runs a bit odd so order one band size larger than normal and one cup size smaller. That said, the shoulder straps don't slip, there's no poking underwire in my armpit, no pressure points anywhere, and the velcro adjustable shoulders really do make a big difference allowing for more or less freedom from bounce depending on your needs. Now I can't wait to get the hell out of the office at lunchtime next week and start getting back to the gym!Customer Review: Actually a HIGH IMPACT sports bra

I am a 32DD and a runner. This bra is excellent for high impact exercise. A lot of bras say that but this one fits the bill. I generally have a difficult time finding sports bras that fit well. This one works really well. The only issue is the strap. Adjusting the fit of the strap can cause bunching in an uncomfortable area. I've found that once the I have a fit that works, adjusting before I start to sweat prevents most of this discomfort. This issue is not enough of a downside to avoid this bra. I've tried many types of bras, including designer brands and discount lines. Underwires hurt and most wireless have little support. This bra keeps things in place using VERY strategically sewn fabric that breathes well. Being able to adjust the straps from the front while wearing the bra was a huge plus. I wear the 32C and it has 3 hooks, which really helps take additional strain off my shoulders. It isn't the most subtle thing under a tight shirt but it is more comfortable than any other bra I've tried and the price is reasonable considering the high quality.Customer Review: Must have for C+ cup

This is a must have if you require larger than a C cup. I love that it comes in specific sizes rather than S,M,L,XL. In those type of bras, I always struggle to get one that fits, get one large enough in the cup, the band slides around. Get one where the band fits, and I bubble out the top. The straps are always too stretchy and allow way to much bounce. The Fiona is the opposite of all those things. It fits well, keeps everything tight to your body, is adjustable for a perfect fit. I don't know how I lived without it until now!
