This means that you can maintain the shape of your bust, while still receiving the high level of support and movement control that you expect from a sports bra. Two-way stretch powermesh on the back of the bra provides extra-firm support, while front adjustable straps with flattering design lines and a concealed hook-and-loop closure provide a perfect fit and enhance support. The wide-banded back will not bite into your sides and is fastened with three plush-backed hook-and-eye rows. Bras with bands sized 40 to 44 have a fourth row on the band. The Fiona Bra is constructed with fabrics that manage moisture for high-intensity activities.

Find Your Fit:
- Band: Should be slightly more snug than a lingerie bra. Make sure you can comfortably take a deep breath with the bra fastened on the middle hook. Be sure the band doesn't ride up in the back. If it does, the band may be too loose and/or the straps need to be adjusted.
- Cups: Adjust your breasts for a proper fit. They should be completely held within the cups without overflowing. Fabric should be smooth. Wrinkles or puckers indicate the cup is too big. Underwire should sit on your ribcage below the breast tissue and follow your natural shape.
- Straps: Should offer minimal stretch to reduce up-and-down breast movement. Wider straps will disperse the weight and feel more comfortable. Straps should not dig in or slide off your shoulders. Adjustable straps offer a more custom fit.

I found immediately after putting it on that the adjustment velcro on each strap was very uncomfortable. They are located in the front of the bra, and felt like two big bulges pushing in underneath each side of my collarbone. I have heard great things about MovingComfort, so I don't think it means their other bras are unpleasant. I just found out that this one wouldn't work for me. Customer Review: Best I've ever had

This is now the 3rd Fiona Bra I have bought and I find they are much better than any other workout bra I've tried. They have great support for us slightly busty women. I run with them and don't feel any bounce. I would recommend to any. The sizing is right on, so order your normal bra size.Customer Review: Truthful opinion

I purchased this bra based on all it's fantastic reviews. The truth is the bra is just okay. It certainly isn't the worse exercise bra I have put on, but its not the best either. I am a 38F and I truly have a big bust. My boobs flops when I exercise and not only does it hurt but I am a bit self-conscious of the visuals. ;) This bra did not stop the flop. It did smash them in a bit to reduce it some. The straps were comfortable as well as the overall comfort of the bra. I exercise 1 to 2 hours daily and I need a super reliable bra and this one just isn't it. I won't purchase another one and my hunt continues. If your exercise routine isn't going to be a medium to high impact you might find the bra great. Yoga and pilates would be fine. Jogging, fast walking, aerobics, cross-training... definitely not especially for those gals whose bust is larger. Customer Review: Perfect sports bra

I purchased Moving Comfort's Fiona Sports Bra (36D) at a local sports store and absolutely loved it so I ordered two more from Amazon. It's comfortable and supportive! I had concerns about the bra having hook & loop (Velcro) closures for the adjustable straps and lack of an underwire (would it be supportive enough? is it going to snag in the wash? etc.) but they've all held up very securely. I find myself reaching past my other sports bras so I can wear this one. I really like not having to pull this over my head to put on or take off since there's adjustable hooks in the back. In my experience it was true to size compared to my regular bras.
