I bought this case to replace a similar case on which the spring broke that keeps the lid closed or open. The website advertises the inside width of 2", however, when I received the new case I found it narrows at one end and my sunglasses won't fit. On returning this to the seller, it cost me more to ship it back plus their restock fee than the cost of the original purchase. In retrospect, I should have donated it to Goodwill. If your glasses will fit inside this, it's a great case, well constructed, and solid.
