Received jeans and the color and feel are excellent. Color very unique, and they are as soft to the touch as I ever felt. Unfortunately had to return due to sizing being too big. The next appropriate size i.e., 33" waist is not available via Amazon as it is directly from nautica's website. It's not easy to find jeans sized as these are, although I discovered that Lee brand jeans fit in a similar way if not better. This one seems to run somewhere between the even numbered size stated and the theoretical odd numbered size just above the stated size. That would be an interesting niche claimed by Nautica, but I checked and found out it's not a rule across all their jeans.
I wore these thin pants a lot more than I expected during the summer because of comfort. In my opinion, they look like the discount jeans they are, but by getting them in a darker color than the typical blues, they can be worn in some work settings. If this appeals to you, you should get your money's worth in these jeans.
I have one other Nautica jeans, the "Loose Fit Jean," and they're almost the same in all regards except they're wider at the bottom of the leg and slightly tighter at the waist. I wear them a lot too, in the summer - they too are thin.
The Nautica jeans tend to be moderately fair buys for value and comfort. You can find better values - I know because I looked around since buying these. They look like discount jeans. The stitching and material is on par with Old N*vy jeans in my estimation. They have 5 beltloops. Better jeans, even better discount jeans, have 7 beltloops. They run just a little big for the size although not big enough to be an odd-numbered size. That and the dark color that I selected gives them utility.
