Had to stare at it for a couple minutes before I figured out that you had to pull the slots apart where the metal breaks and twist to reverse the belt (I've never had one of these before and it comes with no instruction).
I'd give it a 4.5 if I could, its not a 5 because there were three half inch scuff marks near 3 different holes on the belt upon receiving. Packaging was in pristine shape when so I can only assume poor handing or quality control from the manufacture. If it were any worse I'd return it.
Otherwise really nice looking belt and fits me (32/33) waist at the first/second notch well (belt: 36).

This is a great belt and the leather is nice and of good quality. There is one downside though. The buckle contains too much metal as that it could be carried through a metal detector and you have to take the belt of at airport security. Most people might not care about that, but for frequent fliers this might be important to know.
