I have had this product for about a week. Very poorly designed, loud. It will not last long and when activated sounds like it has dead batteries in it but they are new...not sure why they designed it that way. Would not recommend.Customer Review: Piece of Junk

My husband had a similar tie rack and requested a new one. Having searched in several places, I found this item on Amazon. DO NOT BUY! It arrived with parts missing; was nothing but plastic; obviously not durable. It went directly into the trash.
I have never had this experience with Amazon. I hope Amazon discontinues selling this product.

this item looks and is super cheap. Looks like it came from the 99 cent store not even worth using!! very disappointed!
