I bought this sensor as an extra so that I wouldn't have to move the wires when I took the wii other places. I am very disappointed in this sensor. It will not sense the remote if it is more than 7 ft. away. The seller was very nice and sent me a new one but the new one was just as bad.Customer Review: wired sensor bar
