It's a little bit difficult to tell from the picture and product description exactly what will be in the box. It includes: the silicone case, which has 2 slots at the back, and slots at the top and bottom; an armband which you run through the slots on the back; a shiny lanyard/wrist strap; a clip for attaching the ipod to your belt; and a pair of disks that fasten through the case for attaching the clip.
The case itself is a bit flimsy, but protects your ipod form scratches and minor bumps. The shiny lanyard is too short to put around your neck, but really long for using as a wrist strap. The armband works fine except that the weight of the ipod rather pulls at the slots through which the armband runs.
I mostly use the belt clip, which is one molded piece of plastic that I expect to break before long. When that happens, I will be glad I've got the armband.
For the price though, and the age of my ipod, this was an great deal.
