I was looking for a bag I could use as a diaper bag/purse so that the baby's gear and mine would be easy to grab in a hurry with only 1 bag to carry. At the price, this bag fills that need quite nicely. There are ample pockets inside to oragnize the small stuff, and the main pocket holds my calendar and papers as well as baby's diapers. I like the fact that the strap extends to fit over the shopping cart handle, keeping the bag accessible, but safe from strangers' hands. My only complaints are that the 2 pockets on the ends are too small around to be useful (I have a hard time getting a baby bottle in them, and a water bottle is impossible) - I don't know what you'd use them for. Also, the outer "flap" (part that goes over the top and outside) is attached half-way down the back side and gets in the way when I open the bag on a table. However, I'm planning to stitch across it closer to the top of the bag as a quick and easy fix. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase. It fits my lifestyle and meets my needs.
