Overall, the bag is nice and roomy. The side compartment on the outside and the small pouch on the inside are nice to have.
Just two items that made me decide on three stars: the inside zipper pouch is a little on the flimsy side. Nice for light stuff, but not heavy duty stuff. The handle doesnt go in a locked position. I called to ask for a return, but the company told me she went to look at other ones and the handles fell in on all of them. So when you make a jerky turn, the handle doesnt stay too well, but well enough to be satisfied.
